My oldest sister, at age 12, did the impossible task – interpreting English, Spanish, and sign language for my teachers, my parents, and myself during the IEP meetings in my elementary years. In addition, my experience has been working with interpreters all my career life and 17 years in the video relay service industry.
I know. I understand. This is why I set up this business to provide much-needed services. We exclusively employ native-speaking, professional interpreters, translators, and contractors. They will be assigned only to projects where they are proficient, and their skill and levels complement their experience and qualifications. To conclude, the required cultural and social understanding of clients is vital in our interpreters’ resumes and experiences.

SPANISH TRANSCRIPT: Mis padres. El español es su primer idioma y el idioma que hablan dia a dia. Mi hermana mayor, a sus 12 años, hizo una tarea imposible: interpretar y traducir entre el inglés, español y la lengua de señas para mi maestra, mis padres y para mi durante una juntas IEP en mis años de primaria. Además, mi experiencia se ha centrado en trabajar con intérpretes a lo largo de mi carrera profesional y en los 17 años que tengo en la industria de servicios de video relevo.
Yo lo se. Lo entiendo. Es por eso que he creado este negocio para proporcionar servicios que son necesarios. Nosotros empleamos exclusivamente a intérpretes, traductores y contratistas profesionales quienes el español es su idioma natal. Ellos serán asignados proyectos en los que ellos son competentes y sus habilidades y niveles son compatibles con su experiencia y calificaciones.Para concluir, la comprensión social y cultural que buscan los clientes es muy importante y necesaria que exista en el currículum vitae y la experiencia de nuestros intérpretes.
